I whole heartily endorse Shebreh’s candidacy for Supervisor of the 3rd District. Shebreh is a multi-talented person with an impressive history working towards community health & wellbeing.
I got to know Shebreh in 2016 when we were appointed to serve on the county cannabis committee to develop policy recommendations on legalization. In our work she demonstrated great ability to build consensus within a group with significant differences. She does her homework, and comes prepared. She listens and treats everyone’s views with respect. She is a unifier, not a polarizer.
She is progressive in her political orientation with a steadfast focus on environmental issues facing the County. Early in this campaign she began meeting with citizen’s groups to listen and eventually develop well thought out policies that address prolonged drought, how to better cope with wildfires, and important social issues such as affordable housing, crime, women’s issues and homelessness.
